Post-closing, I moved and have to quarantine, and she offered to deliver me things I need such as groceries and my spectrum box. I really appreciated that. Ilona worked with me when I purchased a couple of lower-priced condos on Kauai. It was the best experience I have ever had with a realtor. She was always responsive got back to me immediately whether it was after work hours or on the weekend. She was incredibly thorough documented everything all points of agreement. Ilona went the extra mile and put me in touch with local contractors and photographers, which I had asked her about. At the end of the process, I told her I wanted to get her a restaurant gift certificate, which she flatly refused. I told her, "I know you made very little on the commissions for these condos, and I want to show you my appreciation." Her response says it all. "It doesn't make any difference to me the amount of commission that I receive from a client's purchase. I give everyone 100% and know long-term this always comes back to me." It will.
